Milltek at Goodwood: click to enlargeRespected exhaust manufacturer Milltek Sport has an impressive array of new, British-made products to showcase at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed. The company will be exhibiting there for the 4th time between the 25th and 28th June – in the prestigious Premier Exhibitor’s Row.

Goodwood is all about desirable cars of course, so Milltek has upped its show ante this year, bringing its latest demonstrator models to display at the world’s greatest automotive garden party. Expect to see the company’s truly sorted Audi RS7 and BMW M4 showcars – as well as its latest Audi UR Quattro classic showcar, which Milltek’s restoration team hopes to finish in the nick of time for this year’s event.

Classics are a now an important part of Milltek’s product line up, with this group of owners now a hugely important customer base for the Derbyshire firm. To this end, the company has brought its modern production techniques and material choice to the sector with the ‘Milltek Classic’ range. Aimed squarely at the discerning collector and enthusiast, this range offers a high-quality, modern take on some of the ’70s and ‘80s most iconic classics, including the Mk1 Golf GTI, Mk2 Golf GTI, E36 BMW M3, Peugeot 205 GTi and Audi UR Quattro. This look, feel and fit of these smart new designs can be examined in detail with the many display systems on the Milltek stand – along with a range of bang-up-to-date performance systems.

Keen to clean up the diesel tuning market, Milltek’s new Diesel sports catalyst range for the VW Golf Mk4 and Mk5 is also an important development. As a way of offering environmentally responsible tuning with tangible gains, this range represents the future for this important sector.

In-keeping with the Festival of Speed’s motorsport inspired ethos, Milltek will also have its extensive range of fully FIA-approved HJS sports catalysts at the show, which offer full blue-book legality and eligibility where appropriate. A motorsport essential, these components have been proven in all almost every genre of top-level competition.

An additional innovation on the Milltek stand will be the latest ‘ValveSonic’ systems for selected Audi models. Able to electronically switch between different acoustic settings, these systems offer a choice for the discerning enthusiast looking to walk a fine line between refinement, enhancement and entertainment.

Outlining his firm’s 2015 FOS attendance managing director Steve Pound said. “Goodwood is always an important event for us, as it really allows us to connect with true enthusiasts. Our range for 2015 has never looked better, with a wide range of hand-finished stainless-steel systems for performance, motorsport and classic applications, each one made here in the UK. We look forward to seeing old and new faces on our stand over the weekend.”
