In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your Milltek Sport exhaust system, please note the following:

If you are the original purchaser of the system

Having purchased the product or part(s) directly from a Milltek Sport dealer, all warranties must be handled by that dealer.

This Limited Warranty is void if the product or part(s) was/were not purchased new or not properly fitted by an authorised Milltek Sport dealer based within the same country or region as original purchaser.This Limited Warranty applies to the orignal purchaser of the exhaust system and is not transferrable.

ID Tag Plate

Batch Number: shown on ID Tag plate attached to each part. This information must be supplied to your Milltek Sport dealer in order to handle any Warranty claims

To exercise the rights under this Limited Warranty, the product or part(s) must be presented to the supplying authorised Milltek Sport dealer, together with a receipt, bill of sale, or other appropriate written proof of purchase which identifies the product or parts by serial number. Alternatively, you will need to supply the dealer with the Part Numbers and Batch Numbers which are stamped onto a plate on each part (see figure, right).

Only authorised Milltek Sport dealers are authorised to perform warranty service under this Limited Warranty. Should the product or any part be determined by Milltek Sport to be covered by this Limited Warranty, it will be repaired or replaced, at Milltek Sport's sole option, which will be conclusive and binding. The original owner shall pay all labour charges connected with the repair or replacement of all parts. Under no circumstances does this Limited Warranty include the cost of travel or shipment to and from an authorised Milltek Sport dealer. Such costs, if any, shall be borne by the original owner. This Limited Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to claimed defects, malfunctions or failures that result from abuse, neglect, improper installation, improper maintenance, alteration, collision, crash, or misuse. If you are NOT the original purchaser of the system

(purchased second-hand or was fitted to your car when purchased)

All Milltek Sport products are covered by a Limited Warranty which applies only to the original purchaser of the product or part(s) only and is not transferrable to a new owner. In this instance, replacement parts can be purchased from or repairs may be carried out by an authorised Milltek Sport dealer. The owner of the product or part(s) will be liable for all costs incurred as a result.
